I was killed. She was only 27 years old, born on 24 Mehr 1359 in Tehran. I was a graduate of Tizhoshan High School, the 23rd place in the national university exam, and a graduate of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, and I volunteered to practice medicine in underprivileged areas in Hamedan and Kurdistan for about eight months. On Friday the 20th of October 2016 at 10:00 AM, we were walking in a park in Hamedan with my fiancee, who was accused of "committing an evident crime" by
I was arrested by the officers of Amr Be Maruf headquarters. The officials of this headquarters did not detain my family for more than 24 hours.
Calling my father at 11 o'clock in the morning on Saturday from the detention center in an insulting tone and saying, come there tomorrow, whatever my father insisted, can I come now? Or let the body talk to me, refuse to accept. On the second day, I insisted on calling my family, but finally around five in the afternoon and with the order of the judge, my parents were on the way to Hamedan and I did not succeed in talking to them, and I called my brother Rahim, but due to the problems in the line Mobile in the area where he was, the phone call did not reach more than a few words, then I called my workplace and asked for two days off so that my patient would not face the closed doors of the clinic. Rahim had tried to call again, but he was finally told that he should wait until 9:00 PM, but I insisted on calling him at around 8:30 PM. Rahim asked, "Don't bother me?" I said "No... someone is standing over me"... he assured me that our parents are safe with documents and cash and don't worry... but I was worried and I was killed under torture before my parents arrived...
When they arrived in Hamadan at 10:00 PM and in front of the detention center, they faced the strangest insults. After a few hours of my death, he laughingly told my father to go to the prosecutor's office to follow up on your daughter's condition, no, it's better to go to the forensic doctor. The chief of staff of Amr Be Maruf was not the least bit worried, anxious or sad because of the bitter death that happened in the area under his supervision. After examining my body at half past nine, the regional emergency department announced that I had died before eight o'clock!! But my family repeatedly objected to this false report that if I died at eight o'clock at night, how could I have talked to my brother at half past eight? They asked for evidence and my family said that apart from the six people who witnessed the conversation with Rahim, they can take the printout of Rahim's cell phone conversations to find out who and from where he was called, but it took four months to provide them with the printout. !! In this printout, not only was there no news of my conversation with Rahim at 8:30 PM, but also the time of the calls was messed up and out of order. After transferring my body to the forensic doctor, they announced the time of my death at 9 am on Saturday!! While Rahim had talked to me at 5:30 PM on the same day. The forensic doctor knew that my death was suicide and pressure on the vital elements of the neck by a string-like and flexible object and the complications caused by it, and the authorities of the detention center announced that I committed suicide by using advertising placard fabric!! But my family said that they called me only 15 minutes before the time of death and they believe that there was no convincing reason for my suicide. They told my family, don't even tell your relatives that your child died in the hospital, for example, he had an accident or had a cardiac arrest!! When I was buried, my father saw that the front of my leg and the top of my thigh were bruised, and my nose and ears were full of blood, which indicated cerebral hemorrhage. After some time, my father's lawyer requested to exhume the grave, which was met with a prohibition order. With my father's complaint again, this verdict was issued for the second time and the case of my death was declared closed. But with my father's protest again, Shahroudi, the head of the judiciary, sent the case to Tehran for re-examination. After the entire follow-up, in July 2007, that is, four months after the case was supposed to be investigated in Tehran, the Hamedan court, regardless of the Supreme Court's decision, dismissed all the defendants by writing that in principle no crime had occurred that could be considered. All charges were cleared.
My family still doesn't have a voice, and I was at the height of my youth, innocent and oppressed, I slept underground for years
